I haven't posted in a while because September seems to be one of those months whereby no matter how much you prepared in August, there's always a million and one things that crop up last minute. We're officially entering the season whereby:
There's a chance I may have been through all of the above at some point. I also am one of those unfortunate people to always catch that autumn flu. The one you battle for weeks, just about getting by and then bang it hits you hard before a big event (in my case it's always my birthday). Well this time round I have vowed to see whether consciously paying attention to what I eat and drink makes any difference.I'd throw sleep in there, but I have silly lecture hours with even more ridiculous deadline dates and let's not forget maintaining a social life so let's face it, I'm not going to commit to the 9hr a night sleep regime.
That's just never gonna happen!
To start this whole thing off, I made a pretty decent vitamin packed lunch the other day and it wasn't disgusting..no seriously! So I'll whack it up here and well feel free to vary it as much as you like, but I'd suggest you find like for like changes because this just puts 5-a-day right in its place.

- Harsh reality hits when you return from your summer holiday to that tedious desk job and despite getting married over the summer, your boss seems just as short-tempered as he/she was before.
