Ingredients:
· 50ml vodka
· 50ml Kahlua liqueur
· 25ml Fresh and good quality espresso
· Cocoa powder & Lime wedge (Optional)
· Coffee Beans to garnish
Equipment used:
· Martini Glass
· Boston Shaker
· Spirit Measure
Method:
1. Chill your glass(es). Fill with large ice cubes and cold water, whilst you make the drink (Optional).
2. Make your espresso fresh and set aside. If you opted to use cocoa powder then pour some onto a plate and set next to the lime wedge.
3. Empty glass and wipe inside dry. Moisten the rim using the lime wedge and turn the glass upside down in the cocoa. Carefully twist until the rim is lightly coated in the cocoa.
3. Pour all liquid ingredients into boston shaker. Add ice and shake.
4. Strain into glass, careful not to disrupt the rim. Garnish with coffee beans.
