Ingredients:
· 50ml vodka
· 1/2 tsp Quinteassential Garden of Eden Tea
· 25ml Hot Water
· Dash of sugar syrup
· 15g Raspberries
· Lemon wedge and fine sugar (To Rim glass)
· Mint Leaves
· Strawberry (To garnish) and A Few Blueberries
Equipment used:
· Martini Glass
· Boston Shaker
· Muddler
· Spirit Measure
Method:
1. Place the tea leaves in a small cup with the small amount of hot water. Leave to infuse until the water is tepid/cold (Approx. 5 mins)
2. Chill your glass(es). Fill with large ice cubes and cold water, whilst you make the drink (Optional).
3. Muddle the raspberries and mint in the shaker and add the syrup and vodka.
4. Place the sugar on a small plate. Empty the glass and wipe inside dry. Moisten the rim using the lime wedge and turn the glass upside down in the sugar. Carefully twist until the rim is coated in the sugar
5. Strain the tea into the shaker and add ice. Shake.
6. Place a few blueberries into the martini glass. Strain the cocktail on top, careful not to disrupt the rim.
7. Garnish with strawberry on the rim.
Bonus
If you want a little extra sparkle, top with Prosecco or tonic water!
